A gentle approach to movement and sound healing, designed to support you throughout pregnancy and birth. Together, we will explore how to expand through movement and release tension with sound healing, empowering you to trust your body and deepen your connection with your baby.
Through dialogue, we’ll soften and air any concerns, helping you find your voice for labour with techniques in sounding and embodiment. We’ll work together to discover your intentions and affirmations, providing grounding, clarity, and rest.
Available for the Second and Third Trimesters only.
MOTHERHOOD
A safe space for you to reconnect with your body and self after birth. This time is for you to share your birth story (if you wish) and work through any feelings and needs that arise. The intention is to rebuild connection, find release and liberation, and nurture your wellbeing through movement, sound healing, and stillness.
With a combination of gentle movement, sound meditation, and reflective dialogue, I’ll support you in re-establishing your connection to self and your body as you transition into motherhood.
Allow at least 6 weeks after birth.
